Fall Colors

Yesterday evening Scott and I decided to go
for a drive up Santaquin canyon. We packed
our gourmet picnic dinner of sandwhiches and
other odds and ends and headed up the mountain.
We didn't have to go very far before we saw some
really pretty colors. We had to stop several times
to take pictures. While on this drive we experienced
fall and winter. First we had the really beautiful
fall colors but the higher up the mountain we
went the more like winter things began to look.
Finally we reached the point where Scott and I's
adventurous spirit evaporated and we decided
to turn around and head back down the mountain
before we became permanent residents.
